Sometimes you don't eat as well as you should..I will admit there are times where I find myself glutening in a rut of dirty foods, eating out, drinks, and dessert. Although during these indulgences i feel pretty awesome it is soon after where my guilty conscience and jiggly butt step I and remind me that this isn't the best thing for my body. Hence my healthy salad today for dinner. Out of attempt to cleanse my body of the yummy sugars, carbs, and grease i came up with this amazing salad dressing. It is made of yummy good fats and is sooo easy and so yummy that my boyfriend even put it in his sandwich for lunch. If you love salads and love drenching them in dressing....try this recipe out. it is made of all goodness and healthier ingredients. Tell me what you think...
Avocado Tahinni Salad Dressing
1/2 Avacado
4 tbsp tahinni
1 tbsp water
3 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp garlic salt
3/4 tsp dill with lemon
1 clove of garlic
Its time to wipe of the dust off of your food processor and lets make some dressing. this dressing is so easy all you do is place all these ingredients in the food processor and hit go. You will have to stop and wipe down the sides every now and again until you get a nice thick paste. If you want your dressing runnier you can add more water and olive oil to get it to the consistency you like. ENJOY!
