Ratatouille You are so Gooey!!

                                                                        Ratatouille over Cheese Ravioli
Soooo I wanted to start out the New Year with a relaxing day getting ready to re start my hectic routines I call life.  In order to prepare for the madness i put on one of my favorite movies "Ratatouille" and started organizing the house and welllll....my life. While watching the movie i got inspired and remembered a little ZING my co worker's wife had told me in spifying up ratatouille.  Now there are hundreds of ways to make this simple dish and most of them come out like a stew that aren't very pretty. I was determined to make mine look awesome like the one in the movie so i sliced up the zucchini and squash to make it look pretty. Then i added a little tomato sauce and for the zing…dunt dunnnnnn nuuuuu nuuu.. Ravioli.. Oh So Good!!! Thank you Disney for your inspiration for an amazing dinner and my coworker's wife for teaching me how to ZING it up. Have Fun Cooking!!

Ratatouille over
Cheese Ravioli
I lb Cheese ravioli (your favorite brand)

2 green zucchini

2 yellow squash

16 ounce can Diced tomato sauce

Basil, thyme, rosemary

Start off by boiling the water, once the water starts boiling throw in your pasta and wait until the ravioli is fully cooked. You know when Ravioli is finished because it will rise to the top. While your ravioli is cooking you can begin making the sauce which is simply taking your favorite pasta sauce then adding your favorite Italian spices and some garlic to it to give it a little zing. Once both the ravioli and pasta sauce are completed then pour your ravioli in your baking dish and mix ½ of your sauce with the ravioli. Your next step is to get the ratatouille ready. Ratatouille sounds hard but it really just a fancy name for squash and zucchini with sauce so don't get intimidated. To make the ratatouille you simply, slice up your zucchini and squash width-wise in about 1/8 inch slices. Then when you have your slices alternate the zucchini and the squash to create a gorgeous design. The last step is to pour the rest of the sauce over the slices then top with a piece of fitted wax paper and place in the oven. The oven should be set to 400 degrees and cook the ratatouille for 35 minutes.
